"Collin is a modern-day Mr. Rogers—patient, empathetic, and a genuine listener (just sub the iconic red sweater for fun socks).   He has the theatre equivalent of X-ray vision, which allows him to identify the universal human experience in any material. His productions bring those experiences to life in a way that is simultaneously profound and earnest.  As someone who has worked with him as both an actor and a director, it’s no overstatement to say that his eye for detail, clarity of vision, collaborative nature, and warm presence make him a delight to work with in any capacity."

"I’ve had the privilege of working with Collin in several capacities over the years, as an actor, an assistant director, a mentee with my own directing aspirations, and as a volunteer/stage crew member for his productions.  Collin is wonderful to work with.  He’s organized, fair, hardworking, passionate, ethical, honest, and always goes above and beyond.  He is a creative genius and time after time, he finds a way to get the very best out of those fortunate enough to work with him.  He will upgrade any production with his expertise, professionalism, and genuine joy."

"[Collin] made my granddaughter feel so special when she auditioned for Elf almost four years ago.  [His] kindness, encouragement and genuine attention on and off the stage meant the world to her.  [He] made a lasting impression on [her] and she truly looks forward to working with [him] again."

"When I was asked to be the Musical Director for a show at a local theatre, I agreed to do so without knowing the Director. Once I met Collin Andrulonis, I knew I had made an excellent decision! From auditions through rehearsals and then 2 weekends of outstanding performances, it was such a fulfilling and beautiful experience! The bonds made throughout the entire cast were led by the gracious yet highly professional direction of Collin. His vision and leadership were so inspirational to all of us involved. I look forward to working with Collin again in the future!”
